2. Warranty Conditions

• Ensure compliance with the scheduled follow-up appointments as instructed by the dentist.

• Customers return for regular check-ups according to the doctor’s schedule.
• Take care of your oral hygiene as directed by your dentist.

3.3 Orthodontic services

• Customers present at Viet Phap International Dental Clinic during warranty period
• Relapse after treatment.
• Warranty card is valid
• Replace maintenance tray every 2 years.
• Dental care as directed by your dentist
• Warranty period: 10 years

3.4 Dental fillings

• Customers present at Viet Phap International Dental Clinic during warranty period
• Chipped fillings
• Warranty card is still valid
• Warranty from 3 to 6 months depending on the type of service. During this time, if the filling falls out, the dentist will fill it again completely free of charge.

4. Cases where warranty does not apply

In addition to the transparent warranty policy and ensuring customer benefits, Viet Phap International Dental Clinic also has clear regulations on cases where the warranty does not apply when the customer has not followed the regulations and requirements, and treatment instructions of the doctor. Specifically:

4.1 Dental crowns

• Be loose or cracked due to impact, accident or when biting or chewing hard objects
• Be damaged due to poor dental care habits and frequent smoking.
• Get root canal treatment that is not planned.
• Have treatment at other dental clinics causing tooth damage.
• Not follow your doctor’s regular check-ups.
• Not follow doctor’s instructions properly.
• Not wear a mouth guard if you have a habit of grinding your teeth while sleeping
• Have new diseases after treatment that negatively affect oral health such as diabetes, cancer radiation therapy, epilepsy, osteoporosis.

4.2 Dental implants

• Smoking, using stimulants and addictive substances (beer, alcohol…)
• Diabetes, osteoporosis, thyroid disease and diseases related to immunodeficiency syndrome, etc. recur and are not controlled.
• Due to the customer’s body being incompatible with the Implant (2 attempts were unsuccessful)
• Ceramic crowns on implants are broken or cracked due to accidents
• Chewing food that is too hard or too tough
• Poor oral hygiene habits affect bone loss around implants
• Not following proper home dental care instructions as directed by your dentist
• Skipping regular check ups as scheduled by the dentist (every 6 months)
• Do not use a mouth guard if you have a habit of grinding your teeth.
• Implant warranty is not available if the customer has had an implant at Viet Phap International Dental Clinic but has had the restoration done at another dental clinic.

4.3 Orthodontics

• Not wearing the retainer regularly as directed by your doctor.
• Skipping regular check-ups every 6 months.
• Not replacing the maintenance tray every 2 years.
• Getting impacted by external force, trauma inside and outside the mouth
• Customers with bad habits such as chewing on one side, nail-biting, teeth grinding, or poor oral hygiene/periodontal condition

4.4 Dental fillings

• Dental filling warranty period expired (>6 months)
• Chewing hard objects can cause fillings to become loose, especially those on the front teeth.
